NLRB Delays Implementation Of Union Availability Notice Posting

In a recent blog post here, a ruling by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) was documented. The ruling stated that by November 14, 2011, all businesses in the United States with $50,000 or more in annual revenue would have to post a notice to employees that they are eligible to join and/or organize a union. Naturally, the ruling sparked a large amount of comment. Recently, the NLRB changed the implementation date to January 21, 2012.
